Welcome to the Dynamic Job Site offered by: Dynamic Jobs in Chicago's Community Based Organizations The Human Capital Development Initiative (HCDI) is a national project jointly funded by the Ford Foundation and the National Community Development Initiative (NCDI). The Chicago HCDI project is a partnership comprised of three intermediary community development organizations - Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Chicago Association of Neighborhood Development Organizations (CANDO), and the Chicago Rehab Network (CRN). This purpose of this initiative is to cultivate a "talent pipeline" of skilled community development leaders and practitioners that will continue Chicago's rich history of community revitalization into the new Millennium. Whether you are interested in career counseling, where you might go to strengthen your academic or technical skills, or if you want to learn more about upcoming networking opportunities with seasoned professionals in the field, feel free to contact any one of the following lead staff persons.
